Meet SmileStar – Our new Charity Partner!

Perfection Plus are thrilled to announce SmileStar as our new official Charity Partner!

An amazing organisation founded in 2010, SmileStar provide high quality dental care to underprivileged communities across Africa and Asia as well as ex-service personnel in the UK.

Led by founder Dr Mitesh Badiani, SmileStar organise several outreach programmes each year, with dental professionals giving up their time to provide much needed treatment to hundreds of patients on each trip.

Thanks to tireless work and dedication, SmileStar have successfully improved the dental health of over 50,000 patients across Africa and India. One of the many outstanding achievements is to have set up a charity hospital in Gujarat, North West India, which caters to general patients, as well as providing dental treatment and services.

Already in 2025, the SmileStar team have visited both Mozambique and Zimbabwe, providing essential and urgent dental care to communities who otherwise struggle to access basic services.

Not only does the work they do transform the lives of the patients they treat, it creates a legacy of improving access to oral health and to creating lasting positive change.

The impact of this is not only felt by those receiving treatment, but also by those giving the treatment too. Many healthcare professionals have remarked that their time with the SmileStar team has been one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences of their lives, noting the incredible spirit across the team.

Perfection Plus have been supporting SmileStar for some time by donating hand instruments and consumables for the immediate treatment and to help local teams continue the great work once the SmileStar team have left.

We are absolutely delighted to formalise this partnership and we look forward to continuing to support the amazing work of SmileStar and all the dental professionals who give up their time for such a worthy cause.
